APPLY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT

Investors can apply endorsement application form (4-B) and relevant documents to Magway Region Investment Committee for an Endorsement of investment proposal valued up to US$ 5 million or Myanmar Kyat 6000 million.

The following endorsement procedure is valid for investment application.

STAGE 1

COLLECT INFORMATION FROM DIRECTORATE OF INVESTMENT AND COMPANY ADMINISTRATION, MAGWAY REGION OFFICE

Seek advice and details from Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Magway Region Office.

STAGE 2

PREPARE DOCUMENTS

Submit an Endorsement Application Form (4-B) and relevant documents to Magway Region Investment Committee.

STAGE 3

SCRUTINY APPLICATION BY THE DIRECTORATE OF INVESTMENT AND COMPANY ADMINISTRATION, MAGWAY REGION OFFICE

The application is scrutinized by Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Magway Region Office as the secretariat office of Magway Region Investment Committee.

STAGE 4

SUBMISSION TO MAGWAY REGION INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEETING

Endorsement application and relevant documents, if complete, are submitted to closet Magway Region Investment Committee meeting.

STAGE 5

ISSUANCE OF ENDORSEMENT

The Magway Region Investment Committee issues endorsement if investment application is approved.
